Start by reading and repeating these affirmations aloud to yourself during pregnancy by downloading the PDF. Print out the cards on some paper or nice card. Stick them up around your home to read throughout the days leading up to labour. Put them on your fridge, next to your bed, in the bathroom, anywhere and everywhere you will be constantly reminded of the positive mindset you want to instil. 

Use the four blank cards to create your own affirmations. Write down affirmations that really speak to you, have loved ones write affirmations for you, or even stick an ultrasound picture, pictures of your other children, etc. Anything that will keep that oxytocin flowing when you need it most!
